Home to several rare United States WWII naval aircraft, each playing a crucial role in the war effort. These include the F6F-5 Hellcat, Death N’ Destruction, FM-2 Wildcat, SNJ-4, Bundle Buggy, and F4U Corsair, Beck’s Corsair. Currently undergoing restoration and soon to join the collection is the SB2C-5 Helldiver.

LED Direct View Wall

The west wall in the Navy Hangar at Fagen Fighters WWII Museum, measuring 21 feet tall by 74.5 feet wide and boasting a pallet of over 38 million palette, stands as the largest fine-pitch Direct View LED display in Minnesota. This impressive display provides the museum with a remarkable platform to honor and perpetuate the stories of our WWII heroes.

Several noteworthy US Navy ground vehicles are in the Navy Hangar. Among these are the Ford GPW, WC-63 Troop truck, and Clark Tug. These vehicles played vital roles in supporting naval operations during World War II, and exemplifying the diverse functions that were essential for the success of the US Navy during this historic period.

A collection of historic information, original artifacts, and personal accounts from the Greatest Generation and timeline of the Pacific Theater offer a closer look at the significant role played by the US Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II. Each carefully curated case provides a glimpse into the challenges faced and victories achieved by the brave men and women who served in the navy during this crucial time in history.
